Gabriela Alvarez
We are surviving through difficult times in the midst of many unknowns. Life at the moment may feel overwhelming and stressful. Your feelings are valid, no matter what they are. This Virtual Calming Room known as BAY (Be an Advocate for Your Mental Health) is a virtual space for students, families, and staff to explore and use strategies and tools to manage emotions and feelings. Taking care of yourself and building resilience during this pandemic is so important and with the help of this virtual space, I hope that you are able to put yourself first!
